CrunchTime Refreshments was born from a passion to transform the typical breakroom into something more — a vibrant, inviting space full of life, style, and purpose. We believe the breakroom should be more than just a place to grab a snack; it should be a central hub where employees can recharge, connect, and find a moment of escape to return refreshed and inspired.

Our love for pantry services began in 2012 while providing catering services to higher education and corporate clients. This passion to elevate the breakroom experience further blossomed in 2019, when a client made a simple yet impactful shift in their office environment; replacing paid vending machines with free options, complementing an existing free coffee program. While the physical space remained the same, the change in accessibility sent a wave of positivity through the workplace. The feedback was overwhelming—proof that even small gestures can make a big impact on employee morale. Inspired by that transformation, we were driven to recreate that feeling again and again.
In 2021, a new opportunity emerged to further elevate the pantry experience in collaboration with our client in Jacksonville. Together with our client, we designed and implemented a program that not only enhanced the food and beverage offerings but also aligned with the company’s broader initiative to encourage employees’ return to the office. The result—a seamless, morale-boosting win for everyone involved.
